This is a page for all my other work, writing, animations, drawings, anything I feel like putting here. Nothing on this page has anything to do with my professional animation work, it is just for fun and to share with you these bits and pieces as they come along.

Starting with: my short stop motion film "Realtime" which I made back in the last century. It was almost my last stop motion project and it is one of the best I managed to do. It is about the life of the animator, the time zone he shares with his puppet while the world whirls past...

Click on the above to link to an essay I wrote while working in Munich in 2006. I had never visited a concentration camp before and I hope I never do again; or if I do, it will only be to remember the dead and contemplate the cowardly cruelty that humans are capable of when they have power over helpless victims. It is a place of darkness and shame, that would not be worth any memorial were it not for the courage of those who were driven to death there and, perhaps even more so, for the courage of those who survived.
